Mark's Traditional Chili Recipe

| 1 1/2 lb. - | Ground Beef |
| 1 Med/Lrg - | Onion |
| 3 TBSP. - | Chili Powder |
| 1 tsp. - | Salt |
| 1/2 tsp. - | Pepper |
| 1 can - | Chili Beans |
| 1 can - | Light Red Kidney Beans |
| 3 cans - | Dark Red Kidney Beans |
| 1 can (28 oz.) - | Diced Tomatoes |
| 3 cups - | Water |
| Directions |
| Brown beef with onion in skillet. Drain. Put into pot, add chili powder, salt and pepper. Mix well, Add beans, tomatoes and water, Mix well. Bring to a boil over medium/medium high heat, stirring occasionally to more frequently when closer to boiling to keep from sticking. Cover and simmar for 30+ minutes stirring frequently. Turn off, let rest for 2 hours, heat up and serve. |
