Granny West Pecan Pie
Ingredients
| 1 c. Karo Syrup |
| 3 eggs well beaten |
| 1 c. sugar |
| 1 tsp. vanilla extract |
| 2 TBS melted butter |
| 1 1/2 c. pecans chopped |
| 1 - 9 inch pie shell |
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in bowl (except for pieshell) using a wooden spoon.
- Pour into unbaked pie shell.
- Bake in pre-heated oven at 350 for about an hour +/- (It''s done when center springs back when touched).
- Cool before serving
